What it is
The Currency Converter converts an amount from one currency to another using live exchange rates. It's the one tool on Computezy that makes a network request โ every other tool runs fully offline in your browser โ because a currency converter is only useful with current rates. Rates are fetched from a Cloudflare Worker endpoint that caches upstream data and refreshes it roughly hourly, rather than on every page load, so it stays accurate without hammering a third-party API. The "as of" timestamp next to every result shows exactly how fresh the rate is.
