What can I turn into a QR code?

What is error correction?
Error correction lets a QR code still scan even if part of it is damaged, dirty, or obscured — for example, a coffee stain on a printed menu. There are four levels: L (7% of the code can be damaged), M (15%), Q (25%), and H (30%). Higher levels add more redundancy but make the code denser. L or M is best for clean digital screens; H is best for printed materials or when you want to overlay a logo on the code.
Can I download it as PNG and SVG?

Do these QR codes expire?
No. The codes generated here are static — they encode your content directly rather than pointing to a short-link or tracking service. They never expire and do not depend on this site to keep working. A QR code for a URL will redirect for as long as that URL itself exists.
Will my colors always scan?
Not always — scanners rely on contrast to distinguish dark modules from the light background. A dark foreground on a light background is the safest choice. The tool checks the WCAG contrast ratio and warns you if it falls below 3:1, which is the threshold where scanning becomes unreliable. Avoid light-on-light, very saturated, or similar-brightness color pairs.
Does it work on mobile?
